Loved ones and friends,
Thank you for the overwhelming response shown in the good wishes and prayers you offered us over the last week.
Let me give you a straightforward update on my wife Cathy's condition. She has been diagnosed with a high grade, stage 4 Glioblastoma. The neurosurgeons did their best to remove the tumour but were unable to do so completely. The doctors are prescribing chemo and radiation and are saying she has a life expectancy is 14 months.
We know that we serve an almighty God; the great physician himself, and that He is the one who will determine the length of her life. Please join us in praying the prayer that Hezekiah offered in 2 Kings 20:1-6. Please pray for the Hammond family as we navigate through this difficult time.
