Have you heard anything about the Hebrew Israelites and their doctrine? I am trying to gather any info on them. We find that a lot of their life and doctrine usually will not match up, and that women seem to take a secondary role in their belief structure. -- Anthony Hamilton
Sorry, I am unfamiliar with the group. With over 35,000 denominations and sects, there are new groups popping up every week. I would encourage you to do a web search on the internet for more information.
As I understand it, the true Israel -- the first century remnant who embraced Christ through the ministry of the apostles (Romans 9:6, 1:16-17) -- became part of the church. Theologically speaking, that would mean that there are no Israelites today.
