Can you recommend anything about being men of integrity? The men's movement -- Promise Keepers, for instance -- has gained a lot of momentum. Where can I go to get the general gist?
Apart from a web search -- which these days is increasingly the place to begin any research! -- there is one book I would like to suggest to you. It is Seven Promises of a Promise Keeper (Colorado Springs: Focus on the Family, 1994). Contributing authors are Bill Bright, Edwin Cole, James Dobson, Tony Evans, Bill McCartney, Luis Palau, Randy Phillips, and Gary Smalley. This book will give you the gist of the movement, and outlines all the main areas in which the emerging "men's movement" addresses our lives as Christian men.
