It is from the Acts of Paul. This is not a biblical book, but a fanciful account written many generations after Paul's execution. It was written nearly a century after most of Paul's letters.
There is a huge difference between documents written in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th centuries and those written in the apostolic age (the first century). So read the Acts of Paul for interest or entertainment, but do not expect to find the Spirit speaking to you here! Such books are not canonical or inspired.
