ETHNOGRAPHY OF CHRISTIAN MEDICAL PERSONNEL WASHINGTON DC CHURCH OF CHRIST
The following study is an ethnography of some of the most energetic and committed members of my congregation; as Christians in the medical fields, they formed a natural focus group. This is not a study of a Christian medical practice, but rather of individual disciples of Jesus Christ who work in the (secular) medical world.
We shall explore the relationship between their faith and their work, how they perform under pressure, how they view others, and how their striving after excellence in one realm mirrors their efforts in the other.
